This internship is a good fit if you're a Master's student who enjoys turning complex topics into clear, engaging content, is comfortable juggling several projects at once and is curious about how a large international company runs its communications. You'll get exposure to global campaigns, internal communications, events and brand rollout - and you'll be treated as a real team member, not just the intern.
What you do
You will support and contribute to global projects across Group Communications, including:
- Helping to plan and deliver communications activities and events (both virtual and in-person), and coordinating specific actions with different stakeholders
- Creating and publishing corporate and strategic messages in clear, simple English across our internal and external channels
- Supporting the global rollout of our brand architecture across markets and touchpoints (B2B & B2C), ensuring consistency of look and feel
- Developing and editing content for various formats - such as internal news, infographics, short videos, and leadership statements
- Maintaining and updating our corporate communication tools, and preparing relevant, engaging materials to support campaigns
- Liaising with Business Units in up to 37 countries to collect information, align on projects and support local implementation
- Providing flexible, ad hoc support to the team on priority topics as they arise
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use
What you bring
This is what we're looking for in a strong candidate:
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field, and can provide an internship agreement from your university for 6 months starting April 2026
- You can create clear, well-structured presentations and manage project information using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as these are core tools for our daily work
- You bring solid digital and design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and can turn messages into visually engaging materials for different audiences
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and feel comfortable working with colleagues from many cultures in a global environment
- You can organise your work, manage several topics in parallel and follow through on tasks with a good level of autonomy, while keeping your stakeholders informed
- You show initiative, contribute ideas and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative team
