Les missions du poste

This role sits in our Global Operations (COO) function, in the Performance & Productivity team. We're responsible for how Operations measures itself globally - the KPIs we track, how we report performance, and how leaders get the insight they need to run a 17,000person organisation across 50+ business units.

We're looking for someone who can own the delivery of reporting and dashboards endtoend: understanding what senior stakeholders really need to see, coordinating data and inputs from around the world, and turning that into reliable, usable dashboards and reports. If you're comfortable sitting between business and technical teams, enjoy making messy data and requirements clear, and have already led reporting or BI projects, this role is for you.

What you do

- Lead the endtoend implementation and ongoing management of operational dashboards for our global Operations function - from clarifying the need, to delivery, to continuous improvement.
- Translate executive and LoB stakeholder needs into clear reporting requirements, and work with data/technical teams to turn those into robust, scalable dashboards and reports.
- Own data quality and completeness for your dashboards: define checks and controls, follow up with local teams on issues, and ensure data is reliable enough for executivelevel decisions.
- Coordinate with regional Performance & Productivity leaders and business units worldwide to harmonise KPIs, definitions and reporting formats so that global views are consistent and comparable.
- Plan and manage reporting projects: build and track timelines, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure deliveries are on time and to the agreed scope and quality.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.
- Ensure regular reports and dashboards are produced and distributed on schedule, and that they provide clear, actionable insights for decisionmakers.

What you bring

- Solid experience (around 3-5+ years) managing reporting, analytics or BI projects, where you have owned delivery timelines, coordinated multiple stakeholders, and taken responsibility for the final output.
- Handson experience implementing and improving dashboards with modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel), including structuring KPIs, building meaningful visualisations, and iterating based on user feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: you can work confidently with senior and executive leaders, ask the right questions, challenge where needed, and communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly.
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams: you can translate business questions into data/technical requirements, and explain data constraints and tradeoffs in simple, nontechnical language.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working: you are comfortable defining data quality rules, tracking issues to closure, and managing several concurrent deliverables in a fastmoving environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus, but not required.
